Yes, we can deliver your products directly.  A courier fee will apply.

Dispatch time depends on order type. Stock items ship in 2–3 business days; made-to-order items take up to 6 weeks; custom designs take up to 45 working days from design approval; full custom projects (consultation to delivery) take around 8 weeks. Special finishes — living or electroplated finishes can extend to 8–12 weeks. Once dispatched, transit adds 1–2 days within VIC, 1–3 interstate, or 2–5 days for US metro areas via FedEx.

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date then get in touch with our Customer Service team by emailing our customer support. or call +613 9300 8888. We can investigate your order’s location with our delivery service provider and give you an update as soon as possible.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update. If you need further assistance, our Customer Service Team is also on hand to help.

Yes, we will try our best to make that happen.  We can upgrade your delivery method at any stage prior to your order being despatched from our factory-warehouse. However, once your order has been shipped – and is in transit – we cannot then alter the shipping method in order to speed up delivery.

Generally speaking, $12 + GST for Melbourne metro and $25 + GST for other areas. The overall cost of your order delivery depends on three things:

•    Type, quantity and weight of product 
•    Location of your delivery address
•    Priority level assigned to your delivery

Off-the-shelf product orders can take 2-3 days from the confirmed order date.

Made-to-order products can take up to 15 working days to complete.

Custom-designed items can take up to 20 working days to complete from design approval.
